Fixed a crash when SpaceSaverMod was loaded alongside mods that rebuild creative tabs.

Removed duplicate creative-tab registration for SpaceSaver block items.

SpaceSaver blocks were being added once from BlockInit.BLOCKS and again from ItemInit.ITEMS.

Updated the Space Saver creative tab to populate from ItemInit.ITEMS only.

All SpaceSaver blocks and items still appear in the creative tab.
